   Somali Representative briefing and discussion. ED / Mammy.

   Formation / expansion / restructuring PECHE Board members (start thinking of possible names). Ismail / Hassan.
3. 11:00 - 12:00pm
   Revisiting PECHE’s goals and objectives: ED to provide By-laws / articles of incorporation to members by Tuesday March 14th 2006. ED / Ismail.
4. 12:00 - 1:30pm
   Lunch Break at Malaysian Restaurant
5. 1:30 – 3:00pm
   PECHE Website presentation (Andrew).
6. 3:30 – 4:30pm
   Strategic Planning i.e the way forward. Where does PECHE focus its activities in the short and long run (5 year planning).
   Focus on funding sources, fundraising strategies and book keeping. Hassan / Andrew.
7. 4:30 – 5:00pm
   Recap of the retreat outcomes: PECHE self evaluation, Follow-up resolutions / actions. ED / Andrew
